When you write, it helps enormously if you include your device (iPhone or Android), the app version, and what you were doing when the problem happened.
Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple and Google, not by us — so cancellations, refunds and payment method changes are handled in your store account. We never receive your card details.
Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep your paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
The core acts of worship — prayer times, Qibla, Qur'an, dhikr and du'a — are free and stay free. A subscription is never required to use them.
Qafilah is local-first: most of what you do stays only on your device. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.
You can delete your Qafilah account and its associated data at any time. We have given this its own page so it is easy to find:
Qafilah Kids is set up and managed by a parent from within the parent's own account. Children do not create their own accounts, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children online.

Qafilah contains Qur'an, hadith, du'a and other religious content. If you believe something is inaccurate, mis-attributed, or mistranslated, we want to hear about it — email contact@getqafilah.com with the screen it appears on and, where you can, the correct source.
